What are the check in and check out times?
You can check in from 2:00 p.m., while you must check out by 11:00 a.m. 
If you arrive early or leave later, you can always leave your luggage at the front desk free of charge. 
Our front office staff is available at the reception desk 24 hours a day.. 
Is breakfast included in the rate? Do you have products for people with food intolerances? 
Breakfast is included in the price and, upon request, we have products for people with food intolerances.
Is there a parking lot within the property? How far away is it? What is the price?
There is no parking within the property as we are located in a small pedestrian square in the heart of the historic center of Sant'Agnello. 

In order to guarantee our guests a good service, we have an agreement with the "Sant'Agnello" Garage located 290 meters away. 

The price is €18.00 for 24 hours to be paid at the hotel when checking in. The QrCode allows you to enter and exit at no additional cost.

If you are interested in this service, it is possible to reserve a parking space early, especially for long periods, in order to receive the QrCode valid for the entire duration of your stay.
Do you have a shuttle service to Sorrento and to/from the parking lot?
Yes, it is possible to reach Sorrento by our electric shuttle in a few minutes. It costs €10 per person (ages 2 and up) for the entire duration of your stay.
Are there free parking lots in the area?
No, but it is possible to park in the parking spaces marked by blue lines by paying the hourly rates charged by the municipality of Sant'Agnello.
What is the nearest beach? Do you have agreements with any bathing establishments?
The nearest private bathing establishment is the "Lido Marinella" at 850 meters from Unconventional Sorrento, which can also be easily reached on foot in about 9 minutes. 

Alternatively, there are several private beaches that can be easily reached using means of transportation, such as the various establishments in Meta di Sorrento. 

Currently, we do not have any agreements with bathing establishments.
Is it possible to reach the most popular tourist destinations by public transportation?
Yes. Thanks to the strategic location of our facility, you can reach by train Sorrento (2 minutes - one stop), the archaeological excavations of Pompeii (30 minutes), the archaeological excavations of Herculaneum (40 minutes) and the city of Naples (60 minutes). 

In fact, the train station of the Circumvesuviana railway network is a 2-minute walk away. 

To visit Positano, Amalfi and Ravello, the Sita bus stop is 250 meters away (3 minutes on foot). 

Finally, from the port of Sorrento, 3 km away, it is possible to take a boat to the islands of Capri and Ischia, but it is also possible to reach Amalfi, Positano, and Naples.
How far is Sorrento?
Sorrento is 2 km from Sant'Agnello and can be easily reached. 

In fact, it is only one stop away using the local railway network "Circumvesuviana" (2 minutes) or 10 minutes by bus. 

Alternatively, it is possible to reach Sorrento by taking a pleasant 20-minute walk along Corso Italia.
Can I take my dog with me?
No, you cannot bring your pets with you.
Do you have a pool or spa?
Yes, we have a natural swimming pool environmentally friendly inside our garden.
Does the rate include tourist tax?
No. From April 1 to October 31, a tourist tax of €1.50 per person, per day, not included in the rate of the room, is in force. 

Minors are exempt.
Can we pay at check in?
No, you cannot pay at check in but only when specified in our cancellation policies.
Do you have a dining area for lunch and dinner?
A breakfast service is included in the rate. We also offer aperitifs, and, in the high season, light lunches as well.
Is bar service always available?
Yes, our staff is always available to meet the requests of our guests. 
Is there a kettle in the room?
Yes, all double rooms are equipped with a kettle. As far as rooms with bunk beds are concerned, you can contact the staff who will be happy to meet your needs.
Do you have laundry facilities on the premises?
No, but you can find one a few meters from the station of the Circumvesuviana.
Do you have parking spaces for bikes and/or scooters?
Upon request, our guests can safely park (for a fee) in a courtyard inside our hotel.
Can I book a day use?
No, we do not offer day use service.
